Products

VALE currently sells one product: VALE Signature Overgrips, offered as a one-time purchase only. No subscription or recurring purchase option is currently available.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping destination, in accordance with applicable state law, including North Carolina sales and use tax where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping

See our Shipping page for current timelines. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns page for full details.

Intellectual Property

The VALE name, logo, and all site content are the property of VALE and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

VALE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

VALE is based in North Carolina, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
